Epsilon Association of California

Phi Beta Kappa (PBK) was founded in 1776 at the College of William and Mary in Virginia and is dedicated to the ideal of excellence in scholarship in the liberal arts and sciences. PBK has approved collegiate chapters at 293 American institutions of higher education. We are the Epsilon Association of California, chartered by the national PBK in 1955. Connect and network with fellow PBK members, and participate in inspiring events covering a full spectrum of topics including arts, culture, environment, history, literature, public affairs, and science.

Mission Statement

The San Diego Epsilon Association of Phi Beta Kappa is a membership organization consisting of individuals who have been duly elected to the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and reside in San Diego County and surrounding areas. The organization provides its members opportunities to participate in educational, recreational, and entertainment events, share past and present experiences, and enjoy camaraderie.

Vision Statement

The San Diego Epsilon Association of Phi Beta Kappa will be the premier organization providing opportunities for elected members of Phi Beta Kappa residing in San Diego County to participate collectively in a variety of events, share experiences, and socialize.
